Kate has co-ordinated and programmed four editions of the Aesthetica Future Now Symposium.

Future Now is an annual multi-day conference exploring 21st culture through the mechanism of contemporary art. Panel discussions, lectures and masterclass topics have included The Politics of Representation; Artists’ Film: Storytelling and Concept; Do Curators Take Risks: How Are Exhibitions Programmed?; Arts Journalism in the Digital Age; Ways of Living: Responsible Architectureand The Evolution of Code: VR and Data-Influenced Artworks.

Programming leading sessions, Kate has worked directly with representatives from BALTIC, British Journal of Photography, Brooklyn Museum, Creative Review, Dazed, Design Museum, Foam Amsterdam, Frieze, Gagosian, Getty Images, It’s Nice That, RIBA, Tate, The Art Newspaper, MoMA, V&A, and VICE, as well as individual artists such as Bieke Depoorter, Cornelia Parker, Nadav Kander, Martin Parr and Shirin Neshat.
