Kate has written for, designed, commissioned and edited over 30 editions of Aesthetica Magazine, an international arts and culture publication exported to over 20 countries, with a combined print and digital readership of over 400,000.
Aesthetica includes in-depth features and cultural commentary, foregrounding today’s most innovative practitioners and developments across art, design, photography, architecture, music and film. Aesthetica’s coverage spans major global institutions including MoMA, Tate, The Met, SFMOMA, Centre Pompidou, Jeu de Paume, International Center of Photography, Mass MOCA, National Portrait Gallery and The Photographers’ Gallery. Kate has also written for, commissioned and edited a number of Aesthetica’s annual creative anthologies, leading an extensive annual publications schedule including the Aesthetica Creative Writing Anthologies, BAFTA-Qualifying Aesthetica Short Film Festival programmes and Aesthetica Art Prize Anthologies.
